Our Front of the House Staff is a very dynamic and Experienced. Co-Owner Ray Acayan Hosts most Day Shifts, and Shelby Babb most nights. Carol Prince is our Bar Manager, and tends bar most nights. David Samson, with 40 years in the profession, is our Headwaiter. Our server team includes: Rita Day, Brianna Carmo, Beau Walker, Whitney Venis, Amjad Aiq, Kailey Adams, and Julie Snyder. Other Front of the House Staff include Jared Hicks, Jonothan Castellanos Marquez, and seasonally, Cameron Blake.

Greg Feltz – Executive Chef
Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Orlando, Florida. Worked for Universal Studios in Orlando, and initially moved to Southport area in 2011 and worked for the Bald Head Country Club, Landfall Country Club and the Pharmacy Restaurant. Greg hails originally from Buffalo, New York. He is passionate about cooking and can often be found in the Farmer’s Market in the Summer getting inspiration for planning daily features.

Ports of Call’s Culinary full team is exceptional, with two Culinary Trained Chefs. Jarrett Brown, an experienced Chef with culinary training has also recently joined our team on the line. Michael Kruse III is a Shift Manager and Line Cook with many years of experience. Michael Caine also works as a prep and line cook. Other Dishwash and Prep Staff include Gary Nichols, Arnold Robinson, and Ian Broughton.
